Do you refund your ticket if the weather is bad?

Of course, we refund the full amount or if you prefer we can move the booking to the next day or when the weather conditions allow the exit.

NOTE: It will not be refunded if the interruption will take place when the tour route has been carried out for more than 3/4;

I have booked the excursion, but I would like to cancel it. Is there a refund?

Cliff Tour NN will refund the ticket in the following cases:

  • Cancellation or interruption of the Tour due to adverse weather conditions. It will not be refunded if the interruption will take place when the tour has been completed for more than 3/4;
  • Cancellation or interruption of the Tour due to situations that could compromise the safety of the participants It will not be reimbursed if the interruption will take place when the tour route has been carried out for more than 3/4.
    The visitor who does NOT show up for the tour or who does not arrive at the set time does NOT have the right to any refund.
